BE AWARE!! I used to be a number one fan of Kenneth Cole. I have totally changed my mind due to the EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I have asked a person form Head Office (IRENE/ILENE) to call me and she has not in 3 months. Ashley in customer service either has not send my request to her or Kenneth Cole does not care what I have to say. DO NOT PURCHASE from their website. If the shoe does not fit you DO NOT GET ALL YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
I want to ask why and NO ONE will call me back. THEY ARE NOW a company brand I will not purchase ever again!! BE AWARE
I purchased a pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction slippers. I paid almost double for them than a pair I purchased from Costco. The Costco slippers lasted two years. The Kenneth Cole slippers lasted two months. I contacted customer service and they offered me 20% off my next purchase. I emailed them back asking for my money back. I haven't heard from their customer service since. Their product stinks as much as their customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIRATES!!!!!

Ngl I came on here to leave a one star review because I bought my boyfriend a watch from here for Christmas, and he didn’t like it so I decided to return it since the have a 30day refund policy. It seemed like it took forever to get the refund.. I just assumed I wasn’t getting one. But I just got the refund, It took about 40 days from the day I sent out the watch to revive my full refund. & they did respond pretty timely to my emails.. so I’ll give them 4 stars. Wish I could give 3.5
I ordered some shoes ... they were never delivered and when I contacted them they said the delivery was canceled but I never got a notification about it.... they said they never charged me but was a lie... I asked my bank and they told me the transaction went through successfully... I wrote multiple emails and never got an answer ... so I lost my money .. this is a clear case of fraud and scamming.... I filled an official complaint with the FTC please stay away from that website!!!!.
Returned a pair of boots on December 27th, they received on January 6th, today is January 21, and I am still waiting on a refund. One of 5 emails were returned and when you call customer service the reps are very condescending. They do not do exchanges only refunds, therefore not honoring any sale price. This return for refund has been a horrible experience. In an era of such digital age, they need to get caught up with the times. You get a refund with Amazon 2 hours after scanned by UPS, which is the only place I will order from again. When contacted I only get excuses of how behind they are in processing and to keep waiting. They weren't too behind to take my money but too behind to refund it. Their staffing issues in the processing department aren't my worry. I will never order from them again. Kenneth Cole lacks respect, integrity and the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I have ever posted publicly about a company in a negative connotation, but this company needs to acknowledge their short comings and do right by the customer.
Even with the 50% off they constantly offer online, the clothing/shoes/etc. are simply not worth it. The 2 pairs of shoes i got are literally, I stress, LITERALLY, what you would find at payless, yet you're paying more even after their deep discounts. The Scarf and hat combo? Retail price over 50 bucks? I got it for 12 and still terribly disappointed, scratchy super poor quality material, the scarf wouldn't keep you warm on a breezy summer day. The hat? two layers that are not sown together, just doesn't fit on the head correctly. But the shoes, my lord..... Worst thing of all, you can't return half this garbage, final sale, but the other half you can, well they will charge you for shipping and porcessing, so basically take half the money you paid, just to give it back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KENNETH COLE ONLINE, IT"S WORSE THAN THE CRAP SOLD ON THE STREET IN CHINATOWN, and YOU"LL FIND BETTER SHOES AT PAYLESS, TRUST! Used to be a customer, at this point it's obvious they're burning their whole credibility just to squeak out a few bucks from loyal customers. Just go bankrupt already, it's over.
The website is terrible you can't track an order. If you use paypal your order finish in standby. They don't have costumer service information on the webpage. Awful webpage!!
Again, as many others have discovered, not only are their product descriptions extremely limited, they do rip us off by keeping "Shipping and Processing' charges when returning items that one might not have returned had they given more detailed data on the product. They are making unfair money off their returns. I made a mistake by ordering something without researching their reviews first. I too, join the ranks of those who will NEVER purchase from KC again. Too bad for them; bad business practices come back to you. Ridiculous and may call the BBB.
If I could offer -10 stars, that would be the choice. Ordered few items from their website, none fit (I am ordering the same size from few different companies and never had such issues) and sent the items back. They received the items 2 months ago and even after many e-mails sent to customer service and couple of calls in which they apologized but did nothing, my refund still hasn’t been processed. I hope to get the money back but if they don’t process the refund, I will use all options to get my money back. Horrible experience, worst one I’ve had in my life!!
Ordered a pair of boots. Loved them for exactly two weeks and then one of them broke. I emailed the company and sent pictures of the broken boot. Then I called the company and was told I have to return the broken boots in order to get a refund or a new pair. Supervisor was too busy to talk to me (no wonder) and would call me back within 48 hours. The boot should not have broken and I should not have to go through the trouble of packing and returning a pair of boots that broke after two weeks of normal wear, and then wait until they are received by Kenneth Cole to receive a refund or a new pair. Disgusting. Expected much better from this company.
I ordered shoes on sale online. Before making final payment there was no indication of the total cost.
And this is what it looks like:
Subtotal - $155.00
Shipping - $172.78
Sales Tax - $115.43
Order Total - $443.21
For sandals (four pairs)
Then I need to pay about $200 in import duty.
Immediately after making the order I requested cancellation. I wrote five times without any answer, after more than a week. I called, no answer on the line.
Not revealing the price before finalizing the order must be some kind of fraud.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have every had.

I last month I other two pers of shoes, they delivered to the Wong address I called to tell them I never received my others they said they cannot do nothing to help me they took the money very bad
